Earlier this week, the International Maintenance Conference (IMC) unfolded its magic on the picturesque Marco Island in Florida. It is always an honor to attend the conference, and we have to say one of the standout features of IMC 2023 was the lineup of extraordinary speakers who graced the stage. From seasoned industry veterans to rising stars in the field, the conference boasted an array of thought-provoking sessions that delved into the latest trends, challenges, and solutions within the maintenance realm.

These presentations were focused around bringing reliability to the forefront, and how today’s maintenance teams can achieve it through a blend of new and old strategies.
